A strategic perspective on the optimal mix of PV, Wind, CSP and Batteries for 100% renewables

The Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue is a pivotal international summit, facilitating in-depth, high-level dialogue on energy transition to contribute towards an affordable, secure and ecologically friendly energy system based on renewables, energy efficiency and innovation.

The German Solar Association (BSW-Solar) and the German Association for Concentrated Solar Power (DCSP) cordially invite the participants of the Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue to attend the joint workshop on Solar Process Heat (SPH) and Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) on 22 March 2017 in Berlin. The workshop will provide information on the efficient use of heat-based solar technologies in industries and business for lowering energy cost and securing supply by process heat and 24/7 solar power. Two panels will inform the audience about:

1. Solar process heat for industries and communities and

2. CSP power production, grid management, solar hybridization and solar research

Suntrace’s Managing Director Martin Schlecht will give a presentation on the optimal blend of PV, Wind, CSP and Batteries to provide a strategic perspective for 100% renewable energy generation in the future.
